Program purpose and categories
PriceNine Text Reminders is an optional mixed SMS program. If you separately opt in, PriceNine may send (1) promotional messages about PriceNine resources and updates and/or (2) informational messages with occasional educational vehicle-care reminders and new-guide notifications. Marketing and informational consent are independent; you may select either, both, or neither option.
Consent and enrollment
Enrollment requires your affirmative consent through an unchecked checkbox or another documented opt-in method. Do not send messages to contacts who have not opted in.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you. Marketing and informational consent must be stored separately and honored according to the option or options you selected.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month for each selected category. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Program changes and termination
We may change, suspend, or end the program, categories, frequency, sending number, or these terms. If a material change requires additional notice or consent, we will handle it as appropriate before sending messages under the changed program.
Privacy
We collect your mobile number and documented consent selections to administer the program, confirmations, support, and opt-outs. Limitations
PriceNine provides general educational information. SMS messages do not diagnose a vehicle, provide emergency or roadside assistance, replace a vehicle owner’s manual, or provide professional mechanic, financial, legal, insurance, or safety advice. No carrier, short-code provider, or regulatory approval is claimed.
